The vision of Lewisham’s Children and Young People’s Strategic Partnership is that:

“Together with families, we will improve the lives and life chances of the children and young people in Lewisham”.

Giving our children and young people the best start in life and ensuring that the right support is available in the right place, at the right time, is key to this. Our new offer through Lewisham Children and Family Centres will bring together services to ensure that this is achieved.

Pre-school Learning Alliance, Clyde Nursery School, Beecroft Garden School and Kelvin Grove/Eliot Bank and Downderry Children’s Centres have been allocated the contract to deliver children’s centre services across the borough.

Together we will create a clear seamless borough wide offer for Lewisham families, working alongside health visiting, midwifery and public health services. Lewisham Children and Family Centres, as they are now called, can offer you and your family access to a range of health, education, play, parenting and family support services right across the borough.

This booklet tells you about the services available and where to find them. Our aim is to ensure that all Lewisham families know where to go for information, advice and help for any issues that affect their family, and we offer you a friendly, supportive service that meets your needs or introduces you to a service that can help you.
