Feedback Survey

This week we are launching our Children and Family Centre Feedback Survey which will be live on our website for the next month.

This is an opportunity for families to feedback on our all areas of our service delivery, from the Family Practitioner Service, DA and Parenting Programmes, through to Stay and Play and Holiday Activities.

Surveys can be completed anonymously, but to be eligible for our free prize draw a name and contact number must be given.

Prizes include Duplo, a wooden garage, a dolls house, or a farm.
