Imago is excited to deliver the Maximising Wellbeing of Unpaid Carers, supporting Adult Carers, Young Adult Carers and Young Carers across the borough of Lewisham. If you are an unpaid carer or know someone who provides care but is not getting paid, help and support are available. Our team works with you to create a personalised Adult Carer Support Plan that focuses on your specific needs. If the carer’s plan meets the local eligibility criteria, you may be entitled to receive support to meet those needs through a Statutory Carers Assessment. Even if the eligibility criteria are not met, our service can still offer carers support and assistance.
