The Triple P – Positive Parenting Program is one of the most effective evidence-based parenting programs in the world, backed up by more than 35 years of ongoing research. Triple P gives parents simple and practical strategies to help them build strong, healthy relationships, confidently manage their children’s behaviour and prevent problems developing. Triple P is currently used in more than 25 countries and has been shown to work across cultures, socio-economic groups and in many different kinds of family structures.

This term we have 2 discussion groups; Bedtime Routines and Managing Fighting and Aggression.

We’re in complicated and uncertain times and we know that many families face challenges and uncertainty.

With this in mind, we have put together some links to information, tips, videos and ideas from charities and organisations on our Parenting Page to help support you with any parenting issues you might be experiencing, or to help you if your child displays behaviour you are finding challenging at this time.

Throughout the year we also run an 11 Week Incredible Years course for parents and carers of children aged 4-11 years run by our trained Parenting Therapists.
