Join GCDA on some Zoom sessions taking place each week so we can keep active and enjoy each other’s company whilst in lockdown. More information and Zoom links to join sessions are on http://beinspiredlewisham.org/
- Walk and Talk – enjoy our beautiful parks and some chat. A walk leader will be out in a park and you can join from your home (on laptop, tablet or mobile phone) or you can be taking your daily walk in a park near you (on a mobile). You can share what you see as Spring bursts into life. These take place several times a week and are 40 minutes long.
- Indoors exercise sessions – Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am for 40 mins
- Nordic walking warm up – Saturdays at 9am (indoors then, head out for your own walk with or without poles ) then come back together for cool down stretches and some chat at 9.45am

We know this isn’t the same as walking and talking or exercising together in a group, but we hope we can keep in touch and enjoy each other’s company until we can meet again in person.
