Planning and cooking healthy family meals can seem like a big task. As the nights are drawing in and we move into Autumn,  these simple recipes from HENRY will make it much easier to prepare quick, balanced meals the whole family will enjoy.

 

Breakfasts

Get off to a great start on chilly mornings with pancakes, overnight oats or french toast.

 

Lighter Meals  and Lunches

A warming health lunch can keep you going on long Autumn days. Try your hand at simple soups (great for taking to work), mini quiches, wraps and more.

 

Main meals 

Try your hand at delicious, warming and filling recipes such as: fish pie, bolognese, veggie biryani, cottage pie and African sweet potato stew.

 

Desserts

A warming fruit crumble, pancakes or poached fruits are a delicious way to feel warm and cosy and great to take to work our add to lunch boxes.
