Is it the texture that troubles your child?

We’ve all dealt with stressful mealtimes and fussy eating when asking children to try something new, and it can be easier to just let it go during busy family mealtimes. Checking in with your child about which veg textures they don’t like can help us make sure that we’re thinking about this. Do they prefer squishy or crunchy textures, do they not like veg with seeds or skins, or maybe they like raw vegetables and not cooked? Read more here.
