Come along to Lewisham’s Christmas ‘Give and Take’ event and help create a sustainable Christmas.

Location: Wearside Service Centre, Wearside Road, Ladywell, SE13 7EZ

Give and Take events are a fantastic opportunity for local residents to get rid of their unwanted items and make sure they are reused rather than being thrown away, helping to reduce waste and support the local community.

Whether you’re having a clear-out or looking for second-hand Christmas presents for the children, get involved and help create a sustainable Christmas. Any items that are not claimed will be donated to the British Heart Foundation.

Give: We are looking for unwanted children’s items (0-12 years old) such as books, toys, DVDs, and clothing, including shoes and coats. Please make sure any items are clean and in good condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept electrical items or furniture.

You can drop off your unwanted items at Wearside Service Centre anytime during the day Monday to Thursday (9am-5pm) or in the evening on 30 November (5-7pm) or 12 December (5-7pm).

Take: You can come and collect items on Monday 19 December (5-7pm).
