We offer a range of evidence-based parenting sessions that support parenting needs; some of our programmes help parents overcome parenting difficulties, whilst others provide parents with strategies to managing unwanted behaviours in children 0 to 11years.

Triple P for Baby course supports the transition into parenthood, for expectant parents and those with a baby under 1.

Our Triple P range of workshops and courses offer solutions to common parenting issues.

IY courses are for families with children with complex and challenging behaviours.

We also provide postnatal parenting support that encourages bonding and attachment, and promotes children’s brain and physical development.

Positive Nurture Touch – Infant Massage Programme fosters communication with baby through nurturing touch.

Our HENRY programmes support the whole family to make positive lifestyle changes.

Outdoor experiences are vital for a babies brain development.
